Flight time is weather and FAA permitting. If we can’t fly on shoot day, we return at no extra travel charge.
FAA Part 107 licensed drone operations
Commercial drone work in the United States requires an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate, and — near controlled airspace around TPA, PIE, SRQ and other Tampa Bay airports — proper LAANC authorization before every flight. All drone work for VFG Home Pix is flown by a Part 107 licensed pilot. Many “drone photographers” in the Tampa Bay market cut corners on the licensing; a non-compliant flight on your listing can create real liability exposure for the agent and homeowner, so we’re glad to confirm credentials on request.
