Luxury listings deserve the full treatment — and buyers expect it. For $1M+ properties, standard real estate photography isn’t enough. The marketing has to match the price point: extended shoot time, twilight exteriors, aerial drone showing the lot and context, Matterport virtual tours for out-of-state buyers, and architectural detail shots that showcase finishes, millwork, and the custom features that justify the asking price.

Because luxury shoots vary significantly in scope — square footage, number of exteriors, number of outbuildings, whether twilight is included, whether Matterport is needed — we quote luxury listings individually. Most luxury shoots fall in the $900 to $1,800 range.
Everything the listing deserves — nothing it doesn’t
A typical luxury shoot includes extended on-site time (3 to 4 hours), 40 to 60+ final retouched images, HDR interior work, exterior photography, aerial drone photos AND video, twilight exteriors with pool/landscape lighting lit, Matterport virtual tour, and architectural detail shots of custom finishes, millwork, and the features that make the listing special. We’ll quote the exact scope based on the property — some luxury listings warrant two separate shoot days (one golden-hour exterior, one twilight) to capture everything correctly.
